supplier of packaging means any natural or legal person who supplies packaging or packaging material to a manufacturer who uses this packaging for the containment, protection, handling, delivery and presentation of goods under its own name or trademark;;

  • labelling means any words, particulars, trade marks, brand name, pictorial matter or symbol relating to a food and placed on any packaging, document, notice, label, ring or collar accompanying or referring to such food;
