Supplier Representative definition

Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier named in the Order Form;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier named in the Call Off Order Form;

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, any Change Request shall be made in writing and sent to the Client Representatives or Supplier Representative (as appropriate) and shall set out the change in sufficient detail so as to enable the other Party to make a proper assessment of such change.

  • The initial Supplier Representative shall be the person named as such in the Order Form.

  • If a Dispute arises then: the representative of the Customer and the Supplier Representative shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute; and if such attempts are not successful within a reasonable time either Party may give to the other a Dispute Notice.

Supplier Representative the representative appointed by the Supplier pursuant to Clause 11.3 (Representatives);
