Supplier Technology definition

Supplier Technology means Supplier’s proprietary technology, including the Services, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, databases, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, trade secrets, know-how and any related IP Rights throughout the world (whether owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, translations, enhancements or extensions of Supplier Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the Term by either party.
Supplier Technology means (i) Intellectual Property identified as “Supplier Technology” in applicable SOWs; and (ii) Intellectual Property that Supplier or its licensors can demonstrate with supporting documentation that Supplier owned, created, or invented without the use of any Confidential Information of Apple.
Supplier Technology means Supplier’s proprietary technology, including but not limited to, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, Program (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, Documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier from a third party) and also includes any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Supplier Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by either Party that are not uniquely applicable to Aetna or that have general applicability in the software industry.

More Definitions of Supplier Technology

Supplier Technology means any Technology developed or acquired by Supplier, or licensed by Supplier from any third party, which (a) exists prior to the Closing Date or (b) is developed entirely independently by Supplier, or by Supplier and a third party, at any time, without any use, knowledge of or reference to, and that is not and does not include, Maxim’s Confidential Information, Maxim Technology, or Maxim Technology Improvements.

Supplier Technology means Supplier’s proprietary Products, technology and all related materials and data, including but not limited to software, code, scripts, templates, roadmaps, strategies, reports, analysis designs, algorithms, user interface designs, architecture, documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier from a third party) and any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Supplier Technology. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, this Agreement does not transfer from Supplier to CENIC any Supplier Technology, and all right, title and interest in and to Supplier Technology will remain solely with Supplier or its licensors. Supplier Technology means all Technology now or hereafter owned, possessed, acquired or created by the Supplier or which the Supplier has the right to use, including, without limitation, relating to the Products and any Revisions;
