More Definitions of Supply Agreements

Supply Agreements means, collectively, those certain agreements between GPM or the MLP and each of the Primary Suppliers relating to the supply arrangement between the parties, together with any additional supply agreements entered into before or following the Closing Date, and each other agreement, document and instrument executed in connection therewith.
