Supply Commencement Date definition

Supply Commencement Date means the first date on which both: (i) the manufacturing, sales and other operational computing systems in use at Provider as of the date of this Agreement have been converted to MTI’s Enterprise Resources Planning System, as reasonably determined by MTI (such conversion estimated to be completed within [*] after the Closing Date); and (ii) all required approvals from the Trustees and the Court for the transition to the cost-plus model and related integration actions have been obtained (or receipt of such approvals has been waived by MTI).

Supply Commencement Date means the date upon which Dexcel makes the first Delivery of the Product to Kitov pursuant to an Confirmed Order.
