Support Fees definition

Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
Support Fees has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.
Support Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.e of the SLA.

Examples of Support Fees in a sentence

  • All License Fees and Support Fees for the Licensed Product are due and payable within Thirty (30) days of the date of a proper invoice.

  • For information purposes only, the Subscription Fees payable and Support Fees for each subscription tier are set out below.

  • For students that enroll after the beginning of the school year the proportion of Tuition Fees and if applicable any Learning Support Fees shall be payable as follows: 100% of the Annual Tuition Fees are due for students who start before 1st December.

More Definitions of Support Fees

Support Fees means the fees for Support Services described as such in the Product Order.
Support Fees means fees payable by Customer for applicable NAVITAIRE Support Center Support as specified in Exhibit K.
