Support Level definition

Support Level means the level of responsibility associated with performing assigned tasks, duties or responsibilities on a trading ship under the direction of an individual serving in the operational or management level;
Support Level means the scope of Support to which the Customer is entitled, as designated on the Order Form.
Support Level means a numeric value determined using an algorithm that places clients into groups

  • In the event that the applicable Support Level includes Software, such Software will be subject to the terms and conditions associated with such Software and made available to Customer.

  • Contractor shall (i) provide the JBE with Level 1 Support, Level 2 Support and Level 3 Support, and (ii) deliver to the JBE Project Manager a monthly report summarizing Technical Support Incidents opened, continuing, or closed during the preceding calendar month.

Support Level means a numeric value determined using an algorithm that places clients into groups with other clients who have similar overall support needs.

Gigamon will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a minimum of six (6) months advance notice (by posting on the customer and/or channel partner portals) of the date after which orders for a particular Product (the “EOS Product”), will no longer be accepted (“Last Sale Date”). During that six-month period, Gigamon will continue to accept orders for the EOS Product, as well as for support and maintenance for such EOS Product. Gigamon may, at its discretion, agree to ship EOS Products after the Last Sale Date, but only if the order is accepted by Gigamon prior to the Last Sale Date. Support and maintenance is available for five (5) years following the Last Sale Date for hardware and one (1) year following the Last Sale Date for software, subject to the Software Release Policy notes below.
