Support Site definition

Support Site means in relation to a Customer Hosted Solution, the site specified in the Pur- chase Order where the Supplier will attend to provide on-site Support Services.

  • In addition, Client may order any service catalogue items which may be listed on the applicable Schedule or on the ConnectWise Support site (“ConnectWise Support Site”) and by: entering into a separate Schedule for same; opening a ticket on the ConnectWise Support Site; submitting an order at the site listed on the Schedule, and/or if applicable; enter into an agreement for professional services.
