Support Term definition

Support Term means the term for which we agreed to provide the Support Package to you during the purchase process;
Support Term means the period during which Customer is entitled to receive Support during a subscription term or pursuant to a support contract.
Support Term means (i) for Support Services that are included for Software at no additional cost, the Product Term for such Software, and (ii) for Support Services that are not included for Software at no additional cost, the initial term and any subsequent renewal term(s) for the Support Services as set forth in the applicable Transaction Document.

Examples of Support Term in a sentence

  • Customer must provide the Tanium resource with access to Customer’s Tanium environment and related Customer’s systems within thirty (30) days from the start of the ESR Support Term (“On-Boarding Period”).

  • For Subscription Licences that include Support Services, the Support Term shall be the same as the Term of the Subscription Licences.

  • Customer shall pay to BeyondTrust the applicable Fees for Support Services in advance of any applicable renewal of the Support Term.

  • BeyondTrust may adjust the Fees for Software or Other Offerings at the end of the Initial Subscription Term (or, if applicable, any then-current Renewal Subscription Term) or the Support Term (or, if applicable, any then-current renewal period of the Support Term), as applicable, by providing written notice at least sixty (60) days before the beginning of any subsequent Renewal Subscription Term or, as applicable, any subsequent renewal period of the Support Term.

  • If Customer elects not to extend the Support Term for the Support Services and later seeks to reinstate such Support Services, Customer shall pay to Beyond Trust all Fees for all Support Services that Customer would have paid to BeyondTrust as though such Support Term and Support Services had continued uninterrupted, in addition to the Fees applicable for the next subsequent Support Term.


More Definitions of Support Term

Support Term means the term of the Contract between the Customer and bluegfx for the provision of Gold Support Services, being 12 months from the commencement of the Contract.
Support Term means (i) the License Term (including any renewals thereof), if Licensee has obtained an Instance Subscription License and/or a Volume Subscription License for the Software, or (ii) the applicable support term set forth on the applicable Order Form, including any renewals thereof, if License has obtained an Instance Perpetual License and/or Standard OEM License for the Software.
Support Term means the first year of the Initial Term designated on Exhibit A, and each annual extension of that Support Term for which the requisite annual support fee has been paid.
Support Term means the length of time for which the Support Service is purchased.
Support Term means any period during which You are entitled to receive Support Services hereunder, including any renewals or extensions thereof.
Support Term means the length of time Support Services are to be provided hereunder and for which the Customer or Licensee has paid any applicable Support Services fees, including any initial Support Term and any renewal Support Terms.
