Supported Systems definition

Supported Systems are a group of Products or networks specified in the SSA. “Supported Sites” are locations specified in the SSA.
Supported Systems means the computer and information technology systems belonging to or dedicated to the use of the Customer to be supported by STL through the provision of the Services and as set out in the Scoping Document(s);
Supported Systems is defined as a System to which You apply or intend to apply Oracle Linux/Oracle VM Service Offering(s) received from Oracle at the specified service level in Your order, including but not limited to updates, patches, fixes, security alerts, work arounds, configuration, installation assistance (for Oracle VM, Support System(s) includes Oracle VM Manager)

Examples of Supported Systems in a sentence

  • In the event that You decide to increase the number of Supported Systems, You agree that You will promptly place an order for Oracle Linux/ Oracle VM Service Offering(s) for the increased number of these Supported System(s) and pay the additional required fees.

  • Customer will provide all Supported Products, Supported Systems, and Supported Sites.

  • This Ordinance contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Ordinance and contains all the terms and conditions of the parties’ agreement and supersedes any other oral or written negotiations, discussions, representations, or agreements.

  • Avaya may electronically monitor Supported Products and Supported Systems for the following purposes: (i) remote diagnostics and corrective actions; (ii) to determine system configuration and applicable charges; (iii) to verify compliance with applicable software license terms and restrictions; (iv) when providing managed Services, to assess Customer needs for additional products or Services; (v) as otherwise provided in the SAS.

  • In return for the payment of the fees specified in the order, Avaya will provide the Maintenance/Managed Services options for Supported Products or Supported Systems at Supported Sites, as described further in this Agreement and the SAS or Service Description (“Services”).


More Definitions of Supported Systems

Supported Systems means the computer and information technology systems belonging to or dedicated to the use of the Customer to be supported by Riverbank through the provision of the Services and as set out in the Proposal Document(s);
Supported Systems means the networks specified on a Maintenance Services Order Form, and/or a group of Supported Products. Supported Systems may have been referenced as Equipment, CPE, and/or a similar defined term under the C1SI Legacy Master Agreement.
Supported Systems means those systems listed within this SOW which are subject to SUPPORT.

Supported Systems means the computer hardware, server software and operating system(s) supported by Evolve as stated on the Order Form and updated from time to time by Evolve at its sole discretion so long as such update does not reduce support for Customer's selected system, or if such update does reduce support for Customer's selected system, then Evolve shall be required to provide at least ninety (90) days prior written notice before removing any such hardware or software system used by Customer to operate the Programs from the list of Supported Systems.
Supported Systems means the computer hardware, operating systems, network configuration and third-party software required for use of the Software, as published by MSD and amended from time to time.
