Examples of Supporting Obligation in a sentence
Each Grantor will use its best efforts to keep in full force and effect any Supporting Obligation relating to any Receivables Collateral.
The following terms which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code are used herein as so defined: Account, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claim, Deposit Account, Document, Electronic Chattel Paper, Financial Asset, Fixtures, General Intangible, Instrument, Inventory, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Right, Money, Payment Intangible, Promissory Note, Records, Securities Account, Security Entitlement, Supporting Obligation and Tangible Chattel Paper.
In addition, the Collateral Agent may at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default (A) enforce such Grantor’s rights against such Account Debtors and (B) notify, or require any Grantor to notify, any Account Debtor of the Collateral Agent’s security interest in the Receivables and any Supporting Obligation and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep in full force and effect any Supporting Obligation or Collateral Support relating to any Receivable.
With respect to each right to payment or performance included in the Collateral from time to time, the Lien granted therein includes a continuing security interest in (i) any Supporting Obligation that supports such payment or performance and (ii) any Lien that (A) secures such right to payment or performance or (B) secures any such Supporting Obligation.
Each letter of credit listed on Schedule 4.11 constitutes a Supporting Obligation for another item of the Collateral.
