Surplus Energy definition

Surplus Energy means energy which may be interrupted by NB Power at any time and is supplied to the Customer provided NB Power has energy available to it surplus to the requirements of other firm commitments of NB Power and its affiliated companies.
Surplus Energy. (1) All Net Energy produced by the Seller’s Facility and delivered by the Facility to the Idaho Power electrical system that exceeds the Nameplate Capacity of the Facility. or (2) All Net Energy produced by the Seller’s Facility and delivered by the Facility to the Idaho Power electrical system prior to the Operation Date.
Surplus Energy. (1) Net Energy produced by the Seller’s Facility, scheduled and delivered by the Transmitting Entity and accepted by Idaho Power during the month which exceeds 110% of the monthly Net Energy Amount for the corresponding month specified in paragraph 6.2. or (2) If the Net Energy produced by the Seller’s Facility, scheduled and delivered by the Transmitting Entity and accepted by Idaho Power during the month is less than 90% of the monthly Net Energy Amount for the corresponding month specified in paragraph 6.2, then all Net Energy scheduled and delivered by the Transmitting Entity to Idaho Power on the Seller’s behalf for that given month or (3) All Net Energy produced by the Seller’s Facility, scheduled and delivered by the Transmitting Entity and accepted by Idaho Power prior to the Operation Date.
