Surrounding Property definition

Surrounding Property means the property surrounding the Leased Premises, including (if applicable) the Common Areas, as more fully described in Annexure A and as illustrated in Annexure C; and
Surrounding Property. Any real property that abuts the Leased Property or any portion thereof.
Surrounding Property means any property located within one hundred (100) feet of the perimeter of each Property.

Examples of Surrounding Property in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days following completion of Tenant’s construction and installation of the Communication Facility, Tenant shall repair any damage to the Surrounding Property caused by Tenant so as to return the Surrounding Property to its condition prior to commencement of Tenant’s construction and installation of the Communication Facility.

  • The Contractor’s Works Policy will also include a Public Liability Limit of Indemnity of R10,000,000.00 (ten million rand) together with a Surrounding Property Extension with a Limit of Indemnity of R2,000,000.00 (two million rand), for any claim for damages arising from acts or omissions by the Contractor and/or its employees and/or agents.

  • If the radio frequency propagation tests demonstrate levels of interference unacceptable to Tenant, Landlord shall be prohibited from selling, leasing or using any areas of the Property or the Surrounding Property for purposes of any installation, operation or maintenance of any other wireless communications facility or equipment.

  • NBU agrees not to sell, lease or use any areas of NBU’s Surrounding Property for the installation, operation or maintenance of other wireless communications facilities if NBU, in its sole discretion, determines that such installation, operation or maintenance will, with 100% certainty, interfere with COUNTY’s facilities or communications equipment as reflected by radio propagation tests performed by COUNTY in its reasonable discretion or by a third party at NBU’s direction and discretion.

  • Landlord agrees that during the Option Term, or during the Term of this Agreement if the Option is exercised, Landlord shall not initiate or consent to any change in the zoning of the Premises, Property or Surrounding Property or impose or consent to any other use or restriction that would prevent or limit Tenant from using the Premises for the Permitted Use.


More Definitions of Surrounding Property

Surrounding Property means any property located adjacent to or within close proximity of the perimeter of any Property.
Surrounding Property. Any real property that is located within a one-half (1/2) mile radius of the Leased Property.
