Survey Period definition

Survey Period means any of the following periods:
Survey Period shall have the meaning given in clause 3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Survey Period means a period of two years from the Effective Date, or as extended under the provisions of this Agreement.

Examples of Survey Period in a sentence

  • If the survey can not be completed during the Survey Period, the Survey Period shall be extended until ten (10) days following the delivery of the final survey to Owner and Bolsa.

  • Closing shall take place within ninety (90) days from the Effective Date, provided, however, that if the Survey Period is extended pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 (D) hereof, the Closing shall be extended to a date which is not less than fifteen (15) days following the end of the Survey Period.

  • By the end of the General Survey Period, including the SIPP Period, the Company shall have spent, with respect to the Contract Area, not less than two million United States Dollars (US$ 2,000,000.00) on field expenditure.

  • In connection with the Company's obligations under this Article, the Company shall submit to the Department, within two months after the end of the General Survey Period, a report setting forth the items and amounts of expenditure during such Period.

  • The "General Survey Period" shall end on that date which shall be 12 (twelve) months after such commencement.


More Definitions of Survey Period

Survey Period means the survey period specified to in or under paragraph 6.
