Sustainability Report definition

Sustainability Report means the annual non-financial disclosure form according to the GRI Standard for Sustainability Reporting publicly reported by the Borrower and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Lender and the Administrative Agent has or has been granted access free of charge.
Sustainability Report means the relevant publication by the Issuer on its website (www.[●]) or any successor website thereto, covering each relevant financial year from and including (i) the financial year ending on [●] to and including the financial year ending on the Sustainable Performance Target Observation Date 1 and (ii) the financial year ending on [●] to and including the financial year ending on the Sustainable Performance Target Observation Date 2, whereby the respective publication will provide data and information relevant for calculation of the KPI [in the case of two KPIs:1 and the KPI 2, as applicable] and the [respective] performance against the associated SPT [in the case of two KPIs:, respectively].

More Definitions of Sustainability Report

Sustainability Report means the annual non-financial disclosure form addressing the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts of the Borrower, publicly reported by the Borrower and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Lender and the Administrative Agent have been granted access free of charge.
Sustainability Report means an annual report prepared by the Company setting forth the results for each KPI Metric for any given fiscal year of the Company and, with respect to each KPI Metric, attested to by the KPI Metrics Auditor, commencing with the publicly available annual report covering fiscal year 2021; provided that all data and information set forth in such Sustainability Report shall also be set forth in the Company’s publicly available annual report on environmental, social and governance issues.
