Sustainability Requirements definition

Sustainability Requirements means the minimum sustainability requirements in relation to the dwelling to be constructed on the Land as set out in the sustainability requirements part of the Housing Development Requirements and includes the Household Energy Package; Territory Plan means the Territory Plan 2008 (ACT) as amended and varied from time to time; Utility Services includes drainage, electricity, garbage collection, gas, sewerage, telecommunications (including NBN) or water; and Working Days has the meaning given to it by the Legislation Act 2001 (ACT).
Sustainability Requirements means the minimum sustainability requirements in relation to the dwelling to be constructed on the Land as set out in the sustainability requirements part of the Housing Development Requirements and includes the Household Energy Package. TCCSD means the Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate or its successors or permitted assigns; Territory Plan means the Territory Plan 2008 (ACT) as amended and varied from time to time; Utility Services includes drainage, electricity, garbage collection, sewerage, telecommunications (including NBN) or water; Working Days has the meaning given to it by the Legislation Act 2001 (ACT); and Works means the works that the Seller is required to undertake in order to comply with the development application in relation to, and obtain Operational Acceptance for, the Stage.
Sustainability Requirements means the sustainability requirement set out in Clause 6 of these T&Cs; “Termination Sum” means a sum equal to 100% of the EMV of the BE Transformation GFA;

More Definitions of Sustainability Requirements

Sustainability Requirements means any and all Laws relating togreen building” or other environmental sustainability practices and requirements now or hereafter in effect or imposed by any governmental authority or applicable Laws from time to time, or requirements necessary to qualify for, or to obtain and maintain LEED (Leadership In Energy & Environmental Design) or other so called “green” initiatives and certifications for all or any portion of the Project (which Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to obtain and maintain). Without limiting the scope of any Sustainability Requirements that may be in effect from time to time, Tenant acknowledges that Sustainability Requirements may address whole-building or premises operations, construction issues, maintenance issues and other issues, including without limitation requirements relating to: chemical use; indoor air quality; energy and water efficiency; recycling programs; interior and exterior maintenance programs; systems upgrades to meet green or sustainable building energy, water, air quality, and lighting performance standards; construction methods and procedures; material purchases; disposal of garbage, trash, rubbish and other refuse and waste; and the use of proven energy and carbon reduction measures. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Agents shall use or operate the Premises in a manner that will cause any part of the Project to be in non-compliance with any Sustainability Requirements in effect from time to time, of which Tenant has been given notice.
Sustainability Requirements. The Sustainability requirements are specified in the Appendix 1.11. the requirements are known to both parties, and the parties agree to evaluate and approve the cost and timing consequence during the program. • Sourcing: The Service Provider will perform the necessary sourcing activities for the complete [***] vehicle. The sourcing services is further specified in Appendix 1.10. • Change Management/Content Change Request (“CCR”): The Content Change Request process (CCR) during the project up to Job1 + 90 days shall be handled by use of Cross Brand Service Requests (CBSR) in accordance with the process described in Appendix 1.12.
Sustainability Requirements means any Legal Requirements and/or reasonable and customary requirements of Landlord relating to carbon emissions, energy, water and waste efficiency, and /or any other environmentally sustainable practices, including, without limitation (a) New York City Local Laws: (i) #32 of 2018, (ii) #33 of 2018, and (iii) #97 of 2019 and/or similar Legal Requirements (b) compliance with Energy Star, Green Globes-CIEB, LEED, IREM or similar programs instituted by Landlord, if any (b) compliance with all monitoring and data collection, maintenance, access, documentation and reporting requirements, (c) providing Landlord, within thirty (30) days following Landlord’s request, with any information in Tenant’s possession or control relating to Landlord’s efforts to comply with applicable Sustainable Requirements or to obtain or maintain any “Green” or similar certification, (d) use of the most energy efficient materials reasonably required by Landlord in connection with Tenant’s Changes or repairs or maintenance obligations of Tenant hereunder, and (e) cooperation with Landlord in connection with any on-site power generation facilities (such as solar or wind power, or storage batteries), but any Tax credits, abatements or benefits relating to such on-site power shall belong solely to Landlord.
Sustainability Requirements means the Sustainability Policy and the following:
