Swap Cash Collateral Account definition

Swap Cash Collateral Account means the cash bank account opened in the name of the CBC pursuant to the CBC Account Agreement with the CBC Account Bank and any further account opened to hold Swap Collateral in the form of cash. Swap Collateral means, at any time, any asset (including cash and/or securities) which is paid or transferred by the relevant Swap Counterparty to the CBC as collateral to secure the performance by such Swap Counterparty of its obligations under any Swap Agreement together with any income or distributions received in respect of such asset and any equivalent of such asset into which such asset is transformed.
Swap Cash Collateral Account means the bank account of the CBC designated as such in the CBC Account Agreement and any further account opened to hold Swap Collateral in the form of cash.
Swap Cash Collateral Account means the bank account number IBAN: XX00XXXX0000000000 in the name of the CBC pursuant to the CBC Account Agreement with the CBC Account Bank and any further account opened to hold Swap Collateral in the form of cash.
