Promptly after the execution by the Issuer[, the Grantor Trust] and the Indenture Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to this Section 9.2, the Indenture Trustee shall mail [(A)] to the Holders of the Notes to which such amendment or supplemental indenture relates a notice setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture [and (B) to the Swap Counterparty a copy of such amendment or supplemental indenture].
If an Event of Default occurs and is continuing and if it is known to a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee, the Indenture Trustee shall mail to each Noteholder[, the Swap Counterparty] and the Administrator notice of such Event of Default within ninety (90) days after it occurs.
