Swap Counterparty Collateral Account means, with respect to each Swap, the single, segregated trust account established by the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the terms of such Swap.

All Investment Earnings on investments of funds in the Trust Accounts (other than any Swap Counterparty Collateral Account) shall be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 7.01 and distributed on the next Payment Date pursuant to Section 7.05.
