Title to the Swedish Registered Notes will pass by registration in the register between the direct or indirect accountholders at Euroclear Sweden in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Accounts Act (SFS 1998:1479) and/or any other legislation, rules and regulations applicable to such transfers from time to time.
Swedish Registered Notes will be transferable only in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Accounts Act (SFS 1998:1479) and applicable Swedish law and the rules and procedures for the time being of Euroclear Sweden.
