Swedish FSA definition

Swedish FSA means the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) or such other governmental authority in Sweden (or, if the Issuer becomes subject to primary bank supervision in a jurisdiction other than Sweden, in such other jurisdiction) having primary bank supervisory authority with respect to the Issuer.
Swedish FSA means the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen) or any successor entity primarily responsible for the prudential supervision of the Issuer or the Group, as the case may be.
Swedish FSA means the Swedish financial supervisory authority (Sw.Finansinspektionen).

Swedish FSA means the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen) or any successor entity primarily responsible for the prudential supervision of the Issuer.
