Swing Line Advance definition

Swing Line Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).

Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or (b) any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(c) or (b) any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

Examples of Swing Line Advance in a sentence

• The Borrower shall repay to the Agent for the ratable account of the Swing Line Bank and each Lender which has made a Swing Line Advance the outstanding principal amount of each Swing Line Advance made to it by each of them on the earlier of the maturity date specified in the applicable Notice of Swing Line Borrowing (which maturity shall be no later than ten Business Days after the requested date of such Borrowing) and the Termination Date applicable to the Swing Line Bank.

• No Swing Line Advance shall be used for the purpose of funding the payment of principal of any other Swing Line Advance.

• So long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, in each case after giving effect to Section 2.20(a)(iv), (i) the Swing Line Bank shall not be required to fund any Swing Line Advances unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect to such Swing Line Advance and (ii) no Issuing Bank shall be required to issue, extend, renew or increase any Letter of Credit unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect thereto.

Swing Line Advance means an advance by the Swing Line Lender to the Borrower as part of a Swing Line Borrowing.

Swing Line Advance means a borrowing requested by the Borrower and made by Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof and may include, subject to the terms hereof, Quoted Rate-Advances and Base Rate Advances.

Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(d) or (b) any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

Swing Line Advance means an advance by a Swing Line Bank to any Borrower as part of a Swing Line Borrowing and refers to a Euro Swing Line Advance or a Dollar Swing Line Advance (each of which shall be a “Type” of Swing Line Advance).

Swing Line Advance means an advance made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(a). Swing Line Advances shall be denominated in Dollars.

Swing Line Advance means an Advance made by Swing Line Bank to Company pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof.

Swing Line Advance means a borrowing requested by Borrower and made by Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.9.
