Swing Line Loan definition

Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

Swing Line Loan means a Loan made by Swing Line Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.

Swing Line Loan means at any time, the aggregate amount of Swing Line Advances outstanding to Borrower.

Examples of Swing Line Loan in a sentence

• Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest only at a rate based on the U.S. Prime Rate, the Canadian Prime Rate or the US Index Rate, as applicable.

• If such Revolving Lender pays its share of the applicable Committed Borrowing or participation to the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as applicable, then the amount so paid shall constitute such Revolving Lender’s Committed Loan included in such Committed Borrowing or participation in such Letter of Credit or Swing Line Loan.

• If such Revolving Lender pays such amount (with interest and fees as aforesaid), the amount so paid shall constitute such Revolving Lender’s Committed Loan included in the relevant Committed Borrowing or funded participation in the relevant Swing Line Loan, as the case may be.

• Each such telephonic notice must be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as applicable, of a written Swing Line Loan Notice, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Parent or the Canadian Borrower, as applicable.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, a Swing Line Loan may not be converted to a Term SOFR Loan or a BA Equivalent Term XXXXX Loan.

More Definitions of Swing Line Loan

Swing Line Loan means a Loan made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.4.

Swing Line Loan is defined in clause (b) of Section 2.1.1.

Swing Line Loan means a Canadian Swing Line Loan, U.K. Swing Line Loan or USD Swing Line Loan, as applicable, made available to the applicable Borrower by the Global Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.9.

Swing Line Loan means a Loan made by Swing Line Lender to Company pursuant to Section 2.3.

Swing Line Loan and “Swing Line Loans”: as defined in Section 2.2(a).

Swing Line Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

Swing Line Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.27(a).
