This Swing Line Note is one of the Swing Line Notes referred to in the Credit Agreement, is entitled to the benefits thereof and may be prepaid in whole or in part subject to the terms and conditions provided therein.
Each note shall be in the principal amount of the Swing Line Commitment of the Swing Line Lender, dated the Closing Date and substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(b)(ii) (each a "Swing Line Note" and, collectively, the "Swing Line Notes").
