Swing Line Notes means the swing line notes described in Section 2.5 hereof, made by Company or a Permitted Borrower to Swing Line Bank in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E-1 or E-2, as the case may be, as such Notes may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and any notes issued in substitution, replacement or renewal thereof from time to time.
