Swing Line Rate definition

Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.
Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternate Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Sydney Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate.
Swing Line Rate means, for any day, the sum of (i) the LIBOR Market Index Rate for such day plus (ii) the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Advances.

Examples of Swing Line Rate in a sentence

  • All Swing Line Loans shall bear interest at the Swing Line Rate and shall not be entitled to be converted into Loans that bear interest at any other rate.

  • Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Swing Line Loan is made to but excluding the date it is paid, at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate for such day.

  • Swing Line Loans shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof from the applicable Borrowing Date at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate.

Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternative Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) (or, in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Euro, at or about 11:00 a.m., Central European time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Australia Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate; provided that, if the Swing Line Rate in respect of any Swing Line Loans would otherwise be less than zero, such Swing Line Rate shall instead be deemed for all purposes of this Agreement to be zero.

Swing Line Rate means either (a) the Base Rate plus the Applicable Rate for Base Rate Loans or (b) a rate to be established as provided on Schedule 2.04, as selected by the Borrower and specified in the Swing Line Loan Notice.
Swing Line Rate means the Base Rate.
Swing Line Rate has the meaning given it in Section 2.5(a).
