Each Swing Loan shall be in a minimum amount of $250,000 or such greater amount which is an integral multiple of $100,000.
Each Lender that so purchases a participation in a Swing Loan shall thereafter be entitled to receive its Revolver Percentage of each payment of principal received on the Swing Loan and of interest received thereon accruing from the date such Lender funded to the Administrative Agent its participation in such Loan.
Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the proceeds of any such Swing Loan shall be made available to the Borrowers on the date so requested at the offices of the Swing Line Lender in New York, New York.
The Borrowers’ Agent shall give the Swing Line Lender prior notice (which may be written or oral), no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date upon which the Borrowers’ Agent requests that any Swing Loan be made, and of the amount and date of such Swing Loan.
Anything contained in the foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding (i) the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Loans shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) the Swing Line Lender shall not be obligated to make more than one Swing Loan during any one day.
