Swingline Commitment definition

Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.
Swingline Commitment means the commitment of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding of up to the Swingline Committed Amount.

More Definitions of Swingline Commitment

Swingline Commitment means the Swingline Lender’s obligation to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.5 in an amount up to, but not exceeding the amount set forth in the first sentence of Section 2.5(a), as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Swingline Commitment means, with respect to each Swingline Lender, the commitment of such Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.04. The aggregate amount of the Swingline Commitments on the Closing Date is $5,000,000. The Swingline Commitment is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility Commitments.
