Swingline Commitments definition

Swingline Commitments means the Domestic Swingline Commitment and the N.Z. Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments the obligation of each Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.5 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed US$60,000,000.
Swingline Commitments means, collectively, the U.S. Swingline Commitment and the Canadian Swingline Commitment.

Swingline Commitments means as to any Swingline Lender, (i) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule 2.01B attached hereto or (ii) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Swingline Commitment after the Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Swingline Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.06(c).
