Swingline Commitments definition

Swingline Commitments means the Domestic Swingline Commitment and the N.Z. Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments the obligation of each Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.5 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed US$60,000,000.
Swingline Commitments means, collectively, the U.S. Swingline Commitment and the Canadian Swingline Commitment.

  • The failure of any Swingline Lender to make any Swingline Loan required to be made by it shall not relieve any other Swingline Lender of its obligations hereunder; provided that the Swingline Commitments of the Swingline Lenders are several and no Swingline Lender shall be responsible for any other Swingline Lender’s failure to make Swingline Loans as required.

  • The Swingline Loans shall be made in a minimum aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or an aggregate principal amount equal to the remaining balance of the available Swingline Commitments).

  • The aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Quoted Swingline Loans of any Swingline Lender, when added to the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the ABR Swingline Loans of such Swingline Lender, may exceed such Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment; provided, that in no event shall the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swingline Loans exceed the aggregate Swingline Commitments then in effect.

Swingline Commitments means the WFT Swingline Commitment and the Norbord Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.22(a)(ii).

Swingline Commitments means as to any Swingline Lender, (i) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule 2.01B attached hereto or (ii) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Swingline Commitment after the Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Swingline Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.06(c).
Swingline Commitments means, collectively, the Canadian Swingline Commitment and the U.S. Swingline Commitment, and "SWINGLINE COMMITMENT" means any one of them. "SWINGLINE LOAN REQUEST" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.02(b).
