Swingline Lenders definition

Swingline Lenders means JPMorgan Chase Bank and any other Lender that agrees to act as a Swingline Lender, each in its capacity as a lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.
Swingline Lenders means each of JPMCB, Bank of America, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd., Citibank, N.A., U.S. Bank National Association and each other Lender designated by the Company as a “Swingline Lender” hereunder that has agreed to such designation (and is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent), each in its capacity as a lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.
Swingline Lenders means each of Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, Bank of America, N.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Examples of Swingline Lenders in a sentence

  • From and after the effective date of any such replacement, (x) the successor Swingline Lender shall have all the rights and obligations of the replaced Swingline Lender under this Agreement with respect to Swingline Loans made thereafter and (y) references herein to the term “Swingline Lender” shall be deemed to refer to such successor or to any previous Swingline Lender, or to such successor and all previous Swingline Lenders, as the context shall require.

  • From and after the effective date of any such replacement, (i) the successor Swingline Lender shall have all the rights and obligations of the replaced Swingline Lender under this Agreement with respect to Swingline Loans made thereafter and (ii) references herein to the term “Swingline Lender” shall be deemed to refer to such successor or to any previous Swingline Lender, or to such successor and all previous Swingline Lenders, as the context shall require.

  • The Administrative Agent will promptly advise the Swingline Lenders of any such notice received from the Borrower.

  • On or after the effective date of any such resignation, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may, by written agreement, appoint one or more successor Swingline Lenders.

  • From and after the effective date of the appointment of a successor Swingline Lender, (i) the successor Swingline Lender shall have all the rights and obligations of the replaced Swingline Lender under this Agreement with respect to Swingline Loans to be made thereafter and (ii) references herein to the term “Swingline Lender” shall be deemed to refer to such successor or to any previous Swingline Lender, or to such successor and all previous Swingline Lenders, as the context shall require.


More Definitions of Swingline Lenders

Swingline Lenders individually and collectively as the context may require, (a) Citi in its capacity as a lender of Swingline Loans hereunder and (b) and any other Lender from time to time designated by the Borrower as a Swingline Lender, with the consent of such Lender and the Administrative Agent and such Lender’s successors in such capacity.
Swingline Lenders means the Domestic Swingline Lender and the Canadian Swingline Lender, collectively.
Swingline Lenders means, as the context may require, (a) Scotiabank, with respect to Swingline Loans made by it, and (b) any other Lender that becomes a Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.04(d), with respect to Swingline Loans made by it, and, in each case, its successors in such capacity.
