Examples of Swingline Limit in a sentence

  • Each Swingline Loan shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $500,000 and not less than $1,000,000, provided that a Swingline Loan may be in an aggregate principal amount that is equal to the entire unused balance of the Swingline Limit.

  • Facility A shall also include the Swingline, to a maximum amount equal to the Swingline Limit and on the basis more particularly described in Section 2.07 below.
