Each Swingline Loan shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $500,000 and not less than $1,000,000, provided that a Swingline Loan may be in an aggregate principal amount that is equal to the entire unused balance of the Swingline Limit.
Facility A shall also include the Swingline, to a maximum amount equal to the Swingline Limit and on the basis more particularly described in Section 2.07 below.
For greater certainty and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Swingline Lender shall not be obligated to permit at any time the creation or the increase of an overdraft in the CDollar Current Account or USDollar Current Account (a “Swingline Advance”), to the extent that at such time the Swingline Loan would exceed the Swingline Limit.
Each Borrowing under the Swingline Limit shall be in an amount equal to $1,000,000 or a whole multiple in excess thereof.
Subject to the foregoing limitations, and the other terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Borrower may borrow, prepay, and reborrow hereunder the amount of the Swingline Limit.
