Swingline Loan Ceiling definition

Swingline Loan Ceiling. $15,000,000.
Swingline Loan Ceiling means $30,000,000, as such amount may be increased or reduced in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Swingline Loan Ceiling. $20,000,000.00 (subject to increase as provided in Section 16.4(e)).

  • A permanent reduction of the Total Commitments shall not require a corresponding pro rata reduction in the Letter of Credit Sublimit or the Swingline Loan Ceiling; provided, however, that if the Total Commitments are reduced to an amount less than the Letter of Credit Sublimit and/or the Swingline Loan Ceiling, then the Letter of Credit Sublimit and/or the Swingline Loan Ceiling shall be reduced to an amount equal to the Total Commitments.
