Swingline Notes definition

Swingline Notes means the promissory notes of the Company in favor of the Swingline Lenders evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.9(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
Swingline Notes means the USD Swingline Note, the European Swingline Note and/or any other promissory notes given to evidence Swingline Loans hereunder.
Swingline Notes means the promissory notes issued by the Subsidiary Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A2 hereto evidencing the Swingline Loans made by a Lender hereunder and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of Swingline Notes

Swingline Notes has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.04(b).
Swingline Notes means the U.S. Swingline Notes, the U.K. Swingline Notes and the U.S. Swingline Notes.
Swingline Notes means the note or notes executed by Borrowers and payable to the Swingline Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto, evidencing the Indebtedness of the Borrowers to the Swingline Lender under the Swing Loans.
Swingline Notes the Secured Promissory Notes to be executed by Borrowers in favor of SwingLine Lender to evidence the SwingLine Loans, which shall be in the form of Exhibit 1.4 to the Agreement, together with any replacement or successor notes therefor.
Swingline Notes means one or more of the Notes of Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit 10.1(E), or any combination thereof, and any replacements, reinstatements, renewals or extension of any such notes, in whole or in part.
Swingline Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower executed and delivered under Section 3.02(a)(v), together with any note issued in substitution therefor pursuant to this Agreement.
Swingline Notes means any one or all of the promissory notes of the Borrower evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Swingline Option which notes are substantially in the form of Exhibit "E" to the Agreement, together with all extensions, renewals, amendments, modifications, substitutions and replacements thereto and thereof; and the term "Swingline Note" shall mean any of the Swingline Notes.
