After payment to the Company or to the Guarantor, Holders entitled to such money must look to the Company or to the Guarantor, as the case may be, for payment as general creditors unless an applicable law designates another Person, and all liability of the Trustee, such Paying Agent and such Swiss Paying Agent with respect to such money shall cease.
Not later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the Business Day prior to each due date of any Principal or interest on the Securities, the Company shall deposit (or shall procure the deposit) with the Paying Agent or the Swiss Paying Agent money in immediately available funds sufficient to pay such Principal or interest.

Subject to Sections 8.07, 9.01 and 9.02, the Trustee, the Paying Agent and Swiss Paying Agent shall promptly pay to the Company or to the Guarantor, as the case may be, upon request set forth in an Officers’ Certificate any money originally paid by the Company or the Guarantor, as the case may be, at any time and not required to make payments hereunder and thereupon the Trustee, the Paying Agent and the Swiss Paying Agent shall be relieved from all liability with respect to such money.
