Syndicated Borrowing definition

Syndicated Borrowing means a Revolving Credit Borrowing or the Term Loan Borrowing.
Syndicated Borrowing means a Base Rate Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.01 or Section 2.16(h) or a Euro-Dollar Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.01.
Syndicated Borrowing shall have the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Borrowing”.

Examples of Syndicated Borrowing in a sentence

  • Each payment of a Syndicated Borrowing shall be applied ratably to the Loans included in such Borrowing.

  • If no election as to the Currency of a Syndicated Borrowing is specified, then the requested Syndicated Borrowing shall be denominated in Dollars.

  • Promptly following receipt of any such notice relating to a Syndicated Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall advise the affected Lenders of the contents thereof.

  • To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Syndicated Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

More Definitions of Syndicated Borrowing

Syndicated Borrowing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.
Syndicated Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting or to consist of a Syndicated Advance.
Syndicated Borrowing means a Borrowing that is not a Swingline Borrowing.

An Advance substituted, pursuant to Section 5.01, for a Syndicated Advance made in connection with any Syndicated Borrowing shall continue to comprise a part of such Syndicated Borrowing with the same effect as if such substituted Advance were an Advance of the Type requested in the applicable Notice of Syndicated Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.
Syndicated Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Syndicated Loans.
