Examples of Syndicated Issue in a sentence
Each condition precedent in clause 3.2 (“Conditions to each issue”) is for the benefit of a Purchasing Dealer and may be waived by it (or the Lead Manager in the case of a Syndicated Issue) by notice in writing to the relevant Issuer.
The parties agree that in relation to any issue of Notes the Issuer and the Relevant Dealer(s) (or, in the case of a Syndicated Issue, the Lead Manager(s)) will use best endeavours to follow the administrative and operative procedures and guidelines set out in the Procedures Memorandum, unless the Issuer, the Relevant Dealer(s) (or, in the case of a Syndicated Issue, the Lead Manager(s)), the Trustee and, if affected by any proposed change, the Issuing and Paying Agent agree otherwise.
Each Dealer acknowledges that the issue of Notes under this agreement is a [Private Issue]/[Syndicated Issue] of Notes, and that clause 9 (“Procedures for offer and acceptance of MTNs”) of the Dealer Agreement relating to [Private Issue ]/[Syndicated Issue] applies to Notes issued under this agreement.
The parties agree that all issues of Notes shall be made in accordance with the Procedures Memorandum unless the Issuer, the Trustee, the Relevant Dealer(s) (or, in the case of a Syndicated Issue, the Lead Manager(s)) and the Issuing and Paying Agent agree otherwise in respect of any issue.
The settlement procedures set out in schedule 2 (Settlement Procedures for Syndicated Issue of Notes in Bearer Form) shall apply to each syndicated issue of Notes in bearer form unless otherwise agreed between the Issuer and the Relevant Dealers.
