The exculpatory, indemnification and other provisions of this Section 10 shall apply to any Affiliates, receivers, delegates or sub-agents of the Agents and shall apply to their respective activities in connection with the syndication of the credit facilities provided for herein (in the case of the Syndication Agent) as well as any other activities as the Agents.
The Syndication Agent, without consent of or notice to any party hereto, may assign any and all of its rights or obligations hereunder to any of its Affiliates.
