Syndication Agreement definition

Syndication Agreement means any agreement to be entered into between the Parties to novate rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Syndication Agreement has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereof.
Syndication Agreement means that certain Syndication Agreement by and between the Investor and the Backstop Providers, dated as of May 10, 2006.
