Syndication Period definition

Syndication Period shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of "Interest Period" above.
Syndication Period is defined in SECTION 2.2 hereof.
Syndication Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the 90th day following the Closing Date and (ii) the date the Syndication Agent shall have notified Borrower that the primary syndication of the Loans and Commitments has been completed.

  • You agree that if at any time during the Syndication Period, any of the representations and warranties in the preceding sentence would be incorrect in any material respect if the Information and Projections were being furnished, and such representations were being made, at such time, then you will promptly supplement, or cause to be supplemented, the Information and Projections so that such representations and warranties will be true and correct under those circumstances.
