You agree that if at any time during the Syndication Period, any of the representations and warranties in the preceding sentence would be incorrect in any material respect if the Information and Projections were being furnished, and such representations were being made, at such time, then you will promptly supplement, or cause to be supplemented, the Information and Projections so that such representations and warranties will be true and correct under those circumstances.
If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month's duration (or seven days' duration during the Syndication Period).
