Syndication Side Letter definition

Syndication Side Letter means the side letter dated as of the date of this Agreement entered into between KfW IPEX, in its capacity as Lender, and the Borrower.
Syndication Side Letter means the syndication side letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Company and the Arranger.
