The Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders promptly (within one Business Day) that the conditions precedent required under paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 (Other documents and evidence prior to the first Utilisation request for Utilisation of Facility 2) have been satisfied in accordance with the Syndication Side Letter.
