Syndication Side Letter definition

Syndication Side Letter means the side letter dated as of the date of this Agreement entered into between KfW IPEX, in its capacity as Lender, and the Borrower.
Syndication Side Letter means the letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Arrangers and the Company relating to Syndication.
