System Contracts definition

System Contracts means the agreements to which the City is a party relating to the operations of the System that are set forth on Schedule 6. System Contracts include Non-Terminable Contracts and Terminable Contracts.
System Contracts means all pole line agreements, underground conduit agreements, crossing agreements, multiple dwelling, bulk billing or commercial service agreements, leased channel access agreements and other Contracts (other than System Franchises and System Licenses) held for use or used in connection with InterMedia's Business and to which any InterMedia Company is, or becomes prior to Closing, a party or bound, including those described on Schedule 3.4.
System Contracts means all contracts, agreements, instruments and other legally binding commitments or arrangements, written or oral, pertaining to the System, and any Equipment Leases, and Leases;
