System Costs means costs incurred for coordinating governance, administration and business processes at the overall system level that are carried out for the benefit of the CGIAR as a whole, as specified in the CGIAR System Cost Financing.

Monolith Solar and Customer agree that: (i) the Costs, Taxes and Incentives and System Details (modules, mounting types) listed above are subject to adjustment upward and downward as a result of the assessment. Such adjustment shall be reflected in a written amendment to the Agreement signed by Monolith Solar and Customer. System Costs means, in accordance with GAAP, actual non-recurring and recurring Table Hardware, shipping, labor, travel, overhead, compliance/laboratory fees, parts and service costs necessary to implement the PGIC Systems or Game Manager onto Table Games; provided, however, that such costs shall not include PGIC System or Game Manager installation costs or service, which are allocated in good faith by SMI or PGIC relating to the license, distribution or placement of the PGIC System, Game Manager and Table Hardware.
