System Price definition

System Price means the amount specified as such in the Quote.

System Price means the price used to calculate the payment in a given school year, as follows:

System Price means the aggregate price for each System based upon the Unit Net Hardware Price, the Unit Net Licence Fee and the Services related to such System to be carried out by the Contractor hereunder;

More Definitions of System Price
