Systems and Equipment definition

Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.
Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply light, heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any elevators, escalators or other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property, except to the extent that any of the same serves particular tenants exclusively (and “systems and equipment” without capitalization shall refer to such of the foregoing items serving particular tenants exclusively).
Systems and Equipment means: all HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, water, gas, sewer, safety, sanitary and any other utility or service facilities, systems and equipment, and all pipes, ducts, poles, stacks, chases, conduits and wires.

Systems and Equipment means collectively any existing plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, intrabuilding network cables and wires that transmit voice, data, and other telecommunications signals (“INC”), and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply water, heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.
Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply light, heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any elevators, escalators or other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property, except to the extent that any of the same serves Tenant or any other tenant exclusively.

Nothing in this Lease shall be construed to impose upon the Tenant a general obligation to maintain the Building Systems and Equipment, except as specifically provided for in this Lease.
