More Definitions of Target Disclosure Letter

Target Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Target to Acquirer contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement;

Target Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Target to Buyer prior to the execution by Buyer of this Agreement.
