Target Disclosure Letter definition

Target Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter executed by Target and delivered to Acquiror on the date hereof in connection with the execution of this Agreement;

Target Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated as of the date of this Agreement and delivered to Purchasers in connection with the execution hereof.

Target Disclosure Letter shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of Article II hereof.

Target Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Target to Buyer prior to the execution by Buyer of this Agreement.
