Target Employees means the employees of the Target and the employees of members of the Target Group from time to time; and
Target Employees shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2(a).

Target Employees means all persons who were, immediately prior to the Effective Time, Employees of Target or any of its Subsidiaries.
