Target Number definition

Target Number means the target number of Shares or cash value established by the Committee and set forth in the applicable Award Document.

Target Number has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.2 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Target Number

Target Number means the target number of Common Shares established by the Committee and set forth in the applicable Award Document.
