Target Percentage definition

Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.
Target Percentage means 25.01%; provided, that if the number of Common Shares having voting power equal to 25.01% of the Total Voting Power is not a whole number of shares, the number of Common Shares necessary to achieve the Target Percentage will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
Target Percentage means, with respect to any Participant for any Plan Year, a percentage, not to exceed 150%, established by the Committee with respect to such Participant and such Plan Year. If no other percentage is selected by the Committee, the Target Percentage shall be 50%.

Examples of Target Percentage in a sentence

  • Following the close of each calendar year, the Company will determine whether Executive has earned the Annual Bonus, and the amount of any Annual Bonus (which can be less than the Target Percentage), based on the set criteria.

  • These targets will be weighted by company and individual performance, and will be set forth in an Incentive Target Percentage Schedule for each Participant in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • In such cases, the Designated Executives will determine the new participant’s Target Percentage (described below) and other terms of participation (except with respect to the CIO or any other executive officer, as to whom all determinations must be made by the Committee).

  • If a participant’s Target Percentage changes during a Plan year, the Target Percentages used to calculate such participant’s Annual Gainsharing Payment hereunder shall be weighted appropriately to reflect such participant’s tenure in each such position during the Plan year.

  • If the Committee determines that the applicable Bonus Metrics have been achieved at or above a “threshold” level with respect to the applicable performance year, then, based on the level of such achievement, the Executive shall be entitled to receive payment of the applicable Cash Bonus (which may be less than, equal to, or greater than the Target Percentage based on the level of performance achieved and the terms of the Annual Bonus Plan).


More Definitions of Target Percentage

Target Percentage means the percentage of aggregate statewide valuation for assessment represented by the valuation for assessment which is attributable to residential real property in the year immediately preceding the year in which a change in the level of value occurs.

Target Percentage means (I) fifty percent (50%) for the fiscal year of the Company ended June 30, 1996, and (II) for each subsequent fiscal year of the Company during the Term, a percentage of Executive's minimum salary which will provide Executive with a reasonable compensation incentive for the Company's obtaining the Target Amount for such fiscal year and which the Board in good faith shall establish by resolution as the Target Percentage within thirty (30) days after the first day of such fiscal year.
