Target Stock means the common stock, $0.50 par value, of Target.

• Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing herein shall require Stockholder to exercise any Target Stock Options.

More Definitions of Target Stock

Target Stock means the Company Common Stock (as such term is defined in the Merger Agreement); and

Target Stock means shares of capital stock of the Target Company.
