Target Stock definition

Target Stock means Target Common Stock and Target Preferred Stock.

Target Stock means the common stock, $0.50 par value, of Target.

Target Stock as defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

• Shareholder hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to validly tender (and not withdraw) or cause to be validly tendered (and not withdrawn) pursuant to and in accordance with the Terms of the Offer all of the shares of Target Stock that Shareholder owns as of the date hereof as well as any additional shares of Target Stock that Shareholder may own, whether acquired by purchase, exercise of options or otherwise, at any time after the date hereof (the "Shareholder Shares").

More Definitions of Target Stock

Target Stock means the Company Common Stock, as defined in the Merger Agreement;

Target Stock means, collectively, the Target Common Stock and the Target Preferred Stock.

Target Stock means common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Target. It is understood and agreed that the Merger Shares issued in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be shares of common stock of the Target that have not been registered under the Securities Act.
