Tax Compliance Procedure means the City’s Tax-Exempt Financing Compliance Procedure, dated May 7, 2012.
Tax Compliance Procedure means the City’s Tax-Advantaged Financing Compliance Policy and Procedure dated August 19, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Tax Compliance Procedure means the Issuer’s Tax-Exempt Financing Compliance Policy and Procedure, dated January 23, 2012.
