The Settlement Fund, net of any Taxes and Tax Expenses shall be used to pay (i) any attorneys’ fees, litigation expenses and class representative service awards approved by the Court; and (ii) any Court-approved administration expenses involved in distributing funds to CDK Settlement Class Members.
